崗位職責(zé)
工作職責(zé)：
1. 輔助項(xiàng)目總監(jiān)完成項(xiàng)目的簽入,、過(guò)程管理、經(jīng)營(yíng)管理及項(xiàng)目情況的匯報(bào),；
2. 維系與重點(diǎn)客戶(hù)的良好關(guān)系,；
3.負(fù)責(zé)招投標(biāo)信息收集,、標(biāo)書(shū)制作,、上傳等相關(guān)事宜,。
4.負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目資料及數(shù)據(jù)的管理工作（包括：月報(bào),、經(jīng)營(yíng)數(shù)據(jù)匯總,、日常數(shù)據(jù)搜集等）,；
5.完成與總部及其他分支機(jī)構(gòu)相關(guān)事務(wù)的銜接工作；
6.完成臨時(shí)交辦的其它工作,。
任職資格：
1.正規(guī)院校大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷（可提供畢業(yè)前實(shí)習(xí),，實(shí)習(xí)考核合格，可考慮錄用）,；
2.有以下情況可優(yōu)先考慮,，具相關(guān)房地產(chǎn),、規(guī)劃、建筑,，基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),，對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)的項(xiàng)目有一定的理解，對(duì)建筑項(xiàng)目全過(guò)程流程熟悉,；
3.具有較強(qiáng)邏輯思考和分析能力有效捕捉市場(chǎng)信息,；
4.能單獨(dú)與業(yè)主溝通，建立客戶(hù)關(guān)系,；
5.認(rèn)真仔細(xì),，上進(jìn)、勇于挑戰(zhàn)和富有工作激情,；
6.具備優(yōu)秀的計(jì)劃,、組織、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,；
7.熟練使用office(word,、ppt等）或WPS、Photoshop等相關(guān)辦公軟件,；
